The Interactive Development Between Producer Services And Manufacturing Industry In Jiangxi Province

China has been now in an important stage of industrial restructuring, accelerating the development of producer services is the way to adjust the economic structure, and to promote economic stability growth. In order to promote the interaction of the two major industrial policy recommendations, to adjust and to optimize the industrial structure of Jiangxi province, this paper aims to explore the interactive relationship between producer services and manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province.The combination of literature, theory and empirical research methods are used in this paper. The results show that: the stimulating effect of producer services is better than the promotion of the manufacturing industry; the correlation of various industry belonged to Jiangxi producer services is not strong, moreover, Jiangxi producer services are given priority to traditional service industries, there are competition effects between traditional service industries and modern productive service industries.There is a long-term cointegration relationship between producer service and manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province, However, the financial industry, scientific research and technical services in producer services have a negative impact on improving the efficiency of manufacturing industry. When the short-term fluctuations occur, it will be subject to a larger reverse adjustment to return to long-term equilibrium and stable state, which shows that the industrial structure of Jiangxi province has solidified trend. Analysis finds that the manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province has been still labor-intensive and capital-intensive, belonged to the low-level manufacturing industry. As for lack of productive service industry demands, lead to adverse development of productive service enterprise, the high cost of services, and make the production service industry deep in a negative cycle, which in turn will affect the development of manufacturing industry.Based on the above conclusions, this paper presents policy recommendations to promote the two major industrial interaction of Jiangxi Province, first, it is necessary to promote the benign cycle of producer services industry in Jiangxi Province; second,it is useful to allocate resources reasonablely, and to improve the utilization rate of resources; third, we should adjust and optimize the industrial structure; fourth it is essential to build an interactive platform for Jiangxi Province production service and manufacturing industry.
