Research On Spatial Distribution And Coordination Policy For Carrying On Industry Transfer Of Central Region

Since the reform and the opening up, benefiting from the country’s reform andopening up policy and large scale international industry transfer, our country hasbecome the world’s major manufacturing base. In recent years, particularly after the2008international financial crisis, international and domestic industrial division hastaken profound adjustment, transfer of industry in eastern coast region to the midwestaccelerated in china. Influenced by the market economy rule, carrying on industrytransfer in central and western area has become the inevitable requirement ofoptimizing regional industrial structure.Industry transfer is not only effective ways to optimize the distribution ofproductive forces and to form a reasonable industrial distribution, but also inevitablerequirement to promote industrial structure adjustment and to accelerate the economicgrowth pattern change. In recent years, with the support from state policiesstrengthened constantly and chance to industry transfer in china, central provinces inthe process of carrying on industry transfer especially for coastal industry transfer hasachieved remarkable achievements. Carrying on industry transfer is an important actfor central china to enlarge opening and innovate industry upgrade and quickeconomic development. However, due to regional resource endows, the choice of theleading industry, the level of economic development has a strong similarity, andcoupled with the process of carrying on industry transfer lack of the necessaryregional coordination mechanism in the provinces of central, which cause theindustrial structure similarity and repeated construction. Therefore, when faceopportunity of carrying on coastal industry transfer, research on how science choiceof leading industry in the central area of carrying on, optimize the industrial spatialdistribution, to achieve economic development faster and better in the central area isour top priority.This article first elaborated the research background, purpose and significance,and briefly described the theory of industrial distribution and industry transfer,focusing on general theory of carrying on industry transfer in China. Through theoretical analysis, chapter2provided an overview of the status quo anddevelopment trend of industrial distribution in the central area, and described theeffects of industry transfer for industrial distribution in the central region. Chapter3and chapter4have done some empirical analysis of spatial distribution, industrychoice and provincial game in the process of carrying on coastal industry transfer. Byanalyzing the trend of industry transfer in the Eastern and central areas of carrying onindustry transfer status, the industry selection and policy choices of the centralprovinces according to its own advantage in the process of carrying on industrytransfer were studied in detail. Finally, on the basis of empirical analysis, presentedcoordination mechanism and coordinated policies that should be adopted by thecentral region to achieve central rise and regional coordinated development. Inaddition, through adopted the method of integrates qualitative analysis withquantitative analysis, the author fully described the relationships between economicvariables, and further expatiated the economic phenomenon of central region utilizeindustry transfer to optimize space layout.
