The Yujialiang coal minebelong to the Shenhua East Coal Branch, with the international advanced level of miningtechnology and equipment, large coal export base. In the Information construction, the coalof Yujialiang first to run the team accounting systems and performance appraisal systems,and the full implementation of management information and networking, and strict controlon costs, and achieved great results. Special vehicles is part of the team, as a special part ofthe district team management Yujialiang mine, has been unable to enter any existingcomputer management system, long-term in the manual, Yujialiang mine hope to have theSpecial Vehicle Operations cost control systems, cost control is more scientific andreasonable.This article is the special vehicle operating cost control system project in YujialiangCoal Mine which is the branch of Shenhua East Coal based on the control theory of thecost of doing business at home and abroad, through a special vehicle operating costmanagement the Yujialiang coal status of research, combined with his expertise andlearned during the internship period, according to the special vehicle operatingcharacteristics and cost of Yujialiang mine composition analysis using UML unifiedmodeling tool to build demand analysis model, including the use case diagram, classdiagram activity diagrams and sequence diagrams. Demand model, system design, using anOracle database using C#language. Net platform to implement this system, to improvetesting procedures and part of the program, the program began coal Yujialiang has beentest run and achieved remarkable results.The paper consists of four parts. The first part is the research and analysis of theliterature, mainly put together at home and abroad cost control, cost control and vehiclecontrol system of the coal enterprises in the literature concerning; the second part is theintroduction of the theory and technology; the third part of the system requirementsanalysis, use UML Unified Modeling Language to build static and dynamic models; thefourth part of the system design, including system design, functional design, code design,database design, interface design; the fifth part of the system testing and implementation.The study of the coal enterprises in special vehicles, cost control, will help promotethe development of the coal business cost control theory and practice, is of greatsignificance at this stage of China’s coal enterprises to build high-yield and efficient mine.
