| As the high-speed developing economy of China in nowadays, the Chinese market is catching its way to the developed and internationalized market all over the world. Tendering(or biding), which has become the most important ways for purchasing, is also highly accepted by Chinese govern and all kinds of enterprises. However, although both of the market system and management level have been thoroughly made such a progress, in nowadays the tender project management level still faces to so many challenges. In order to change this situation, the writer who has been working in the state-owned enterprise CNPC Transportation Company Limited for years, trying to figure out the problems based on her professional work experience and advanced project management theories. This paper will star with studying special transport vehicles tender purchase project case happened in 2014, looking through the problems happen in tender project management in nowadays. By comparing the developed tendering purchase systems in foreign countries and international bidding organizations, bringing up some suggestions for improvement which can be well matched with Chinese market. This thesis is not only working on solve the management issues for CNPC but also aims to provide developing references for other similar companies in this industry. |
