HX Farm Cost Control Optimization Design Study

As the Internet has helped economic globalization deepen,agriculture,as a traditional industry,has also been continuously introduced to the market and is in urgent need of transformation.Large-scale state-owned farms in the whole industry chain As the backbone of future agricultural development,we should also lead our country's agriculture to more adapt to this highly competitive market,from extensive agriculture to intensive agriculture.However,the key to the transformation of state-owned farms is the high cost and low yield problem.At the same time,the key to solving this problem from the farm's point of view is to reduce costs and increase profits,that is to optimize the cost control of state-owned farms.This article selected HX farms with large-scale industrial chain as the research object.Based on the understanding of the state-owned farms,current research status of cost control,and the theory of economies of scale,target cost management,and strategic cost management,proceed from the case of HX farms and introduce them.The current status of cost control system,then analyzes the main problems and causes of cost control system for several modules such as land contracting fees,procurement costs,production costs,logistics costs,and quality costs,and uses target cost management,advanced ERP management system,and standard cost method.Equal cost control measures optimize the HX farm cost control system one by one,and finally put forward implementation guarantees for improving the cost control system.Although the optimal design of the farm cost control system for HX farms such as HX farms needs to continue to be explored,this article subdivides the cost elements into a number of cost control problems,proposes countermeasures and implementation guarantees,and integrates the institutional framework and specific cost control processes.Combining a comprehensive cost optimization control plan has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the scientific and effective organization and guidance of state-owned farms for agricultural production and improving the market competitiveness of agricultural products.
