Study On The Optimization And Upgrade Of Regional Industrial Structure Based On Hubaoe

In today’s world economic development, the region as a whole in the economicdevelopment, the role of is more and more big. Now the market competition strength,no longer depends on just a department, a place, but the overall economicdevelopment by regional influence. And one area of the industrial structureoptimization is reasonable, will decide a region in the overall development levelwhether it has the advantage. Therefore, a region in order to get a place in thedevelopment of the market economy, achieve long-term sustainable development,must strengthen the area upgrading of the industrial structure of research. Then,combined with the area where the characteristics of their own conditions, the area ofthe industrial structure adjustment, in order to achieve the goal of optimization.This article by "hubaoe" the regional industry development as the research object,its existing industrial structure is analyzed. To upgrading of the industrial structuretheory as the guide, through to the " hubaoe " the regional industry developmentpresent situation and characteristics of industrial structure was analyzed, and then theregion in the natural condition and the related national policy. To establish therelevant evaluation index system, to the indicators involves the data collection, andthen through the application of evaluation model of " hubaoe " the regional industrystructure were studied.Through the application of clustering analysis and factor analysis method and incombination with the relevant data and analysis at present " hubaoe " area of theindustrial structure is not reasonable. Existing production efficiency is not high, theindustry chain relative short, over all regional development of some problems ofcoordination, waiting to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Inthis study, and on the basis of corresponding Suggestions and policy, and on how tofurther promote " hubaoe " regional integration has been discussed. To promote "hubaoe " area in the later development of neutral area characteristics, follow the lawof economic development in the market economy have better and faster development.And promote the whole Inner Mongolia and the economic development of thewestern region, achieve the goal of eastern common prosperity.
