Research Of Paths And Countermeasures On Promoting The Optimization Of Service Trade Structure Under The Perspective Of Industrial Structure Upgrading

With the further development of international division of labor and a new round adjustment of the world's industrial structure,the center of global economic gradually shift from industry to service industry,which lead to the flourish of trade in services.And trade in services becomes an important indicator to measure the competitiveness of a country's foreign trade.Speeding up the development of service trade and optimizing service trade structure will contribute to our country's transformation to a more powerful country in foreign trade,transformation from 'made in china' to'created in china'and transformation from industrial-leading economy to service industry-leading economy which is a strategic choice to promoting the transformation and upgrading of economic.China's total import and export of goods of 2014 only increased by 2.3%over the previous year,while trade in service increased by 12.6%over the previous year.The volume of trade in services of the first two month of 2015 reached 100.5 billion,which grow at double-digit rates.The growth rate of trade in service is much higher than trade in goods,which make it become the new growth point and highlights of foreign trade in the environment of new normal economic.But there are many problems in trade in services at the same time especially the imbalance of the service trade structure,which directly hinders the formation of becoming a trade in services power.On March 28,2015,National Development and Reform Commission,Ministry of foreign affairs,and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the vision and action of building 'One Belt and One Road',which will be a strategic opportunity of development for trade in service.'One Belt and One Road' project will be an important platform for the development of China's trade in service.In order to avoid repeating the mistakes of the development of trade in goods,we should optimize and upgrade the service trade structure.Foreign trade structure depends on the industrial structure.An unreasonable service trade structure should be due to the unreasonable service structure.Therefore,the promotion of service trade structure should depend on speeding up the cultivation of producer services as well as promoting the upgrading of the industrial Structure to promote the optimization and upgrading of service trade structure.Based on the perspective of industrial structure upgrading,this paper use the methods of quantitative research and qualitative research to analysis how industrial structure upgrading prompting the optimizing of service trade structure.Firstly,this paper sorts out the related literatures of trade in services and industrial structure upgrading and theories of service trade structure and industrial structure,including the definition of service trade structure,the theory of industrial structure optimization and upgrading,the new economic growth theory,the theory of competitive advantage theory,which lay the foundation for the research in the following chapters.Secondly,this paper introduced the development status and problems of service trade structure,and analyze the causes of these problems.Thirdly,this paper construct the evaluation index of service trade structure and industrial structure,and then use the method of factor analysis and regression analysis to empirically analysis test the correlation between service trade structure and industrial structure,the results show that the adjustment of industrial structure will promote the optimization of service trade structure.Finally,based on reference of the development experience of other countries,this paper put forward several suggestions about industry structure optimizing to promoting the optimizing of service trade structure...
