| Under the macroeconomic adjustment of real estate industry and using the landpolicies of the governments, the property development companies are eager to get lands,the non-renewable resources, which will decide the companies’ development. The mainreason is that lands are the basic raw materials to build high buildings for the propertydevelopment companies. Without good raw materials, we can not produce goodproducts. And lands themselves are non-renewable and scare, so they are the key factorand the focus they fight for to the development of property companies. However, themicroeconomic is very strict. Therefore, they become very important to how to face theproblem of strategies of getting lands and which strategy they should adopt.On the basis of strategy management and relative theories on lands adjustmentpolicies, this essay is about the research on how to choose the strategies to get lands forthe property companies in the microeconomic adjustment through the analysis of casesand reading lots of books and papers.
