In recent years,the economy of China's real estate continues to heat up,and the competition in real estate industry has been intensified.The state's macro-con trol of the real estate industry has been strengthened.As a traditional state-owned real estate group,Tian Fang real estate group is praised as the "main force","nati onal team" and "vanguard" of urban construction in continuous development proc ess.However,a lot of problems has arisen in the process of continuous developm ent.Especially,after the national macro-control on the real estate industry has be en strengthened,which presents the urgency of strategic adjustment of real estate enterprises.This paper aims at strategic adjustment as the research object which on the basis of the enterprise strategic adjustment,enterprise core competitiveness theory.Analyzing and discusses the external environment by using of FEST method and research the group's internal competition environment which uses the baud five model.Which gives all-round,multi-angle analysis and research under the guidance of the SWOT analysis method.Finally obtains the strategic adjustment direction which aims at diversified development of "real estate + N" direction on the basis of the development of real estate.Which abandons the traditional positioning role,develop towards the diversified direction of the new era.That means to accelerate the integration with other industrial resources such as commercial real estate,leasing,culture,tourism,education and health industries which will make use of existing internal effective resources.On the basis of analyzing and research of these problems,this paper puts for ward the key tasks and main measures of strategic adjustment of TIANFANG gro up.Finally,in order to ensure the implement of strategic adjustment of the enterp rise,there should be guarantee conditions of strategic adjustment.The group should seek out a road of sustainable development through the transformation of“real estate N” strategy,which gives various methods and ideas of the strategic adjustment for other domestic real estate enterprise development strategy.
