To establish a good marketing strategy is the most important part for those startupenterprises to make the strategies for themselves. The success of the marketing strategy isdirectly related to the survival of the company. When those small&medium sizeenterprises started to be found, those companies do not have any advantages in brand,capital, customers and management experiences. Furthermore, the competition of themarket is very fierce, it is really hard for the company to get survived. If the companycould make a suitable marketing strategy at the period of startup, and to promote theirproducts in the market successfully, it will be a very good start and bring them morepossibilities to survive in the market.This thesis studied the small&medium sized hi-tech enterprises. By adopted themethods of investigation, it analyzed the importance and difficulties of the marketingactivities for the startup companies. With the introduction of most popular marketingmodels at present, it discussed about the suitable marketing models for the small&medium sized hi-tech startup enterprises, and what are the problems they need to payattention to when the marketing strategy is composed. Meanwhile, this thesis also used thereal examples to demonstrate the different marketing models. The major content of thisthesis includes: firstly, it analyzed the features of the small&medium sized hi-tech startupenterprises, and the importance and difficulties about their marketing. Secondly, itanalyzed the most popular marketing models and methods at this present, and theirrelevant advantages and disadvantages, after that the author offered his suggestions aboutthe suitable marketing strategy. Thirdly, after investigated the marketing models of thehige voltage test equipment companies in power industry of Wuhan, and take WHSWCompany as one real example to make further analysis regarding all the marketing modelsto improve our advice.
