The Research Of Group Company's Centralized Purchasing Management

The current Chinese economy into the superposition of the third phase of the new normal,economy gradually downward trends,development of domestic enterprises caused great influence and trouble.At the same time,along with Labour and raw material costs have risen sharply in recent years,caused the enterprise profit space is greatly compressed.This case,many enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises carried out various forms of authors synergistic activity to improve the enterprise benefit.In authors efficiency,the purchasing management links have been the core of the enterprise value chain link,the purchase cost has always been a big part of enterprise cost burden,and thus control the purchase cost has gradually become one of the enterprise profit source.Because group enterprise is too big and complex at the same time,the purchasing cost,the main components of the cost of the current is mostly group enterprises,especially state-owned conglomerate,purchasing management is still is given priority to with the traditional decentralized procurement,in cause huge purchasing cost at the same time,also brought the great potential of cost improvement.As a result,many enterprises happen to coincide to the road of centralized purchasing,through centralized purchasing scale advantage,effectively reduce the purchasing cost.However,the current though the domestic and foreign well-known group enterprise has established a mature mode of centralized purchasing,but for most enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises,the centralized purchasing is still at the stage on the road,there are some problems that cannot be ignored.Through theoretical analysis and case study,this study with A company as an example,from the Angle of the perfect centralized purchasing management system,the group's centralized purchasing management system diagnosis the problems and reasons.On the diagnostic analysis,aimed at the problems of centralized purchasing,from the perspective of perfecting the centralized purchasing management system,puts forward the corresponding improvement strategy management.The results of this study class group enterprise purchasing management in engineering construction practice has important significance.
