The incentive mechanism acts as an important role not only in the strategic humanresources (Hereinafter referred to as the HR) management system for a company, but alsoin the building and enriching the HR management. The fundamental and core problem forthe company’s HR management is about the talent’s incentive. Therefore, when we facethe needs from the company strategic development, how to build a comprehensive HRincentive mechanism has become the priority among priorities in the company HRmanagement.In order to solve the problem in the company’s incentive system for the moment, Itake a Sino-South Korea joint venture company named NKGC as an example in this paper.With the in-depth investigation of the company’s HR management based on the currentsituation and the domestic and international strategic management theories andexperiences I intend to design the HR incentive mechanism oriented by its strategicdevelopment plan in order to provide decision-making documents for NKGC company todevelop a scientific and effective incentive salary management systems. The full paper isdivided into six chapters and the main contents from each chapter are as follows. The firstchapter is the introduction. It is a brief overview of the backgrounds, researchingsignificances, main contents, framework and methods, difficulties and innovations etc forthe paper. In the second chapter include the analysis and evaluation on the HRmanagement incentive theory and practice which mainly from the domestic andinternational theoretic and practical aspect. Then we point out that the presentmisunderstandings among the theories and practice. The third chapter is aimed at thecurrent situation of NKGC company. After introducing the basic situation, organizationstructure, incentive mechanism of NKGC company, I discuss the reasons and backgroundsof the incentive mechanism in the chapter. The fourth chapter is for the construction ofNKGC company’s strategic incentive mechanism. Based on the real situation of NKGC,and combined with the strategic HR management incentive theories, I list out theconstruction principles and main contents. The fifth chapter includes the executivesuggestions and strategies for NKGC company’s strategic incentive mechanism. I divide this from three stages which include the preparation, implementation period of cost andrisk control, the implementation of evaluation and correction of the late. The sixth chapteris the conclusion. I point out the deficiencies of research on the paper.
