With the development of market economy and the competition, enterprise performance has become a main aspect of enterprise gain a competitive advantage. However, early human resource management and the development requirements of the enterprise does not meet, then gradually formed the strategic human resource management, human resource management is gradually increased to strategic level: first, in the strategic level, the current main "people-oriented" human resources management; Second, the strategic target, the current human resources management goal is to get advantage in the competition; Third, in the scope of our strategy, the current human resource management need to universal participation; Fourth, on the implementation of the strategy of strategy, the current human resource management is to use "systematic scientific methods and arts and humanities" contingency management. If you can use with enterprise adapt to the development strategy of human resource management, so that it can make the enterprise human resources get reasonable configuration, make enterprise staff in the work continuously pursue innovation, increase the input energy to the work, improve personal performance, so as to drive the promotion enterprise’s overall performance, finally achieve the overall goal of the enterprise.Strategic human resource management is the core idea in order to improve enterprise performance, some of the domestic and foreign scholars agree that strategic human resource management does have a certain influence on enterprise performance, but for human resource management and the relationship between the corporate performance and how their relationship work have not form a unified understanding and demonstration. This article mainly from two aspects of the enterprise and the staff discussed the mechanism of strategic human resource management on business performance.Strategic human resource management and enterprise performance in the management of the enterprises in our country and occupy the important position in the management and study the effect of strategic human resource management on enterprise performance, to improve the management ability of the enterprise operator plays an important role. So, this paper studies the mechanism of the strategic human resources management of enterprise performance, analysis of the strategic human resource management problems when improve enterprise performance, and to solve these problems, put forward to ensure that the strategic human resource management and organizational strategy matching, improve the management mechanism, perfecting the organization training system, establish human resources management system, strengthening the construction of enterprise culture, such as optimization strategy, and rely on the resistance of kaifeng, co., LTD. With the help of strategic human resource management to promote the success of enterprise performance, provide a reference for other domestic enterprises improve performance.
