Study On The Evaluation System Of Public Transport Service Quality In Qingbaijiang District Of Chengdu

In recent years,the fog and haze weather and urban traffic congestion have become a popular problem in various major cities and a hot spot of attention from all walks of life.As an intensive way of passenger transport,public transport has been playing an important role in the city.It is the key link and the most important condition to optimize the structure of urban traffic system,reduce traffic congestion and realize the development of green ecosystem.Compared with private cars,public transport has the characteristics of less road resources,low environmental pollution discharge and higher overall transport efficiency.With the rapid development of economy and society,the public's demand for the quality of public transport service is also improving.The level of public transport service is directly related to the satisfaction of passengers' travel,and whether the bus travel is attractive to the public travel.As the main body of the development of public transport,the establishment of evaluation system of public transport service quality and the scientific evaluation of the development level of public transport are important means to improve the quality of public transport service and enhance the competitiveness of public transport.Based on a large number of bus service quality at home and abroad related theory,combined with the characteristics of Qingbaijiang public transport development and government bus evaluation of the basic business requirements,to co-ordinate,hierarchy,feasibility,in principle,the bus was established and applied to Qingbaijiang's service quality evaluation system.At last,based on extenics theory,we build the matter element extension evaluation model of public transport service quality,calculate the quality level of Qingbaijiang bus service,and put forward some specific measures and plans for the need of improvement in bus rank evaluation.
