Research On Sid-Evaluating Based On AHP-GRAP In Engineering Projects

Tendering and biding is an important way of constuction contracting in Chinese construction project. And bid evaluation is the key point in tendering and biding. It is important to guarantee the equitableness and reasoness in bid evaluation,to protect the benefit for tendering and biding,to improve the quality of construction project.According to the characteristics of engineering construction projects, this paper analyzes the insufficient of traditional evaluation methods,and presents the engineering construction projects fuzzy comprehensive bid-evaluating methods which based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the gray comprehensive evaluation method(GRAY). Moreover, this paper primary study for software development of the decision support system in engineering construction projects of bid-evaluating.Firstly,based on the tendering and biding theory of construction project,the paper analysis the situation in China and abroad,to introduces some concepts,procedures,and the key points in bid evaluation,to points out the prolems.After that,it combines with the situation of bid evaluation which analyzes the advantage and disadvantage in present.Researching on index system of construction,project bid evaluation,to build the project index system.Then, the paper presents the engineering construction projects fuzzycomprehensive bid-evaluating methods which is based on the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method. This method introduce the basic principle and main steps of AHP and GRAY. The first step is determine the index weights, by data processing of the qualitative and quantitative indexes with AHP. Then, according to the GRAY method and index weight to get.On the characteristic of construction project which combines the AHP with the GRAP to build the engineering construction projects fuzzy comprehensive bid-evaluating methods.Through some examples, this model make the processing more scientific.Finally, this paper introduces the ideas of developing bid-evaluating DSS, and the target function and thought of the system design.Shortly, the constructed fuzzy comprehensive bid-evaluating model in this paper references practical in engineering construction projects, and provide beneficial for engineering construction bidunit.
