The Problems Our Government Faced In The Development Of Urbanization And The Methods To Solve These Problems

Urbanization is the inevitable trend in the development of human society, it is veryimportant to the development and advancement of economy and society in china.Urbanization is not only the radical method to realize the transformation that the binaryeconomy changing into one item economy, but also the strategic measure to meet with theinsufficiency of valid demand and facilitate a continuous and fast economic increase. With thedevelopment of economy, the construction of urbanization in our country has entered into anew developing stage.Through analyzing the problems faced and met during the construction and developmentof the urbanization at home and abroad, combining the practical urbanization in our country,the problems existed in the construction of our country, and the basic reasons for theseproblems were summarized in the paper. In the anther’s opinion, the problem we faced can belisted as follow: the poor infrastructure, which consisted of traffic facilities and city garbagedisposal facilities, lack of urban space, city characteristic crisis, the unbalance development ofurban and rural, environment pollution and serious phenomenon of repetitive construction.Through the investigation and analysis, with reference to the experiences and lessons ofhome and abroad about the construction of urbanization, some methods to solve theseproblems were put forward in the paper:(1) Actively to attract social capital and introducecompetition mechanism.(2) Reasonable planning the construction and development of theurban.(3) Strengthen the protection of the urban historical environment.(4) Narrow theconstruction gap between the urban and rural, construct the integration of urban and ruralareas.(5) Improve energy structure and develop new energy.(6) Create a harmoniousenvironment and reduce the burden of the environment.(7) Insist on the principles ofsustainable development and ecological balance principle.
