Research On Development Model Of Xi’an Service Outsourcing Industry

With the rapid development of economic globalization and informationtechnology, transnational outsourcing of modern service becomes the highlight ofglobal economy. Undertaking service outsourcing is the strategic choice for manycountries and districts to realize optimizing promotion of industry structure, enlargingemployment and upgrading the service trade. It has the practical significance to makeresearch on how Xi’an gives full play to its own advantages and realize the surpassingdevelopment of service outsourcing when it faces the shift of international industry.The article makes research on the development model of Xi’an serviceoutsourcing based on the theory of economics and management, and combined withliterature research, comparative analysis research and blending of qualitative andquantitative research. To begin with, the article illustrates the relevant concepts ofservice outsourcing and model of industry development on the basis of a large numberof literature researches of service outsourcing at home and abroad. The article makesa summary of their successful experience through the comparison and analysis of fourdifferent models of service outsourcing, that is, Indian, Philippines, the city of Dalianand Chengdu, which can provide the reference for development model of Xi’anservice outsourcing. What’s more, the article applies the factors analysis to build thedevelopment model of service outsourcing and to make evaluation for developmentdegree of Xi’an service outsourcing. It synthesizes the development situation of Xi’anservice outsourcing, factors of development model as well as the result of evaluationmodel and determines the position of Xi’an service outsourcing. At last, based on thesuccessful model of service outsourcing at home and abroad, the article puts forwardthe idea of optimizing the industry structure, market structure and regionaldevelopment model, promoting the strategic upgrading of Xi’an service outsourcing,making a breakthrough with the autonomous inventiveness of core technique and itsstandard, promoting the model of two-wheeled drive industry of strengthening thecore competitiveness in the Xi’an service outsourcing and gives suggestions in thelight of that.
