The cosmetics industry has been one of the fastest growing and most competitive industries in China through over ten years of development. Currently, the competition between cosmetics firms has evolved into an all-aspects one. Faced with the market changes, all cosmetic firms are beginning to re-evaluate themselves and make adjustment to adapt to the challenges brought about by the fierce market competition. Therefore, it is very important to design marketing program suitable for the current market.With the use of Marketing Management theory and SWOT analysis, this paper selects AUPRES Whitening as the objective of study. Through systematic analysis of the status quo of domestic cosmetics market in which special attention is given to changes of the target market, competitors’ strategies, and sales mode etc, and this paper points out the market status of AUPRES and discusses its strengths and weaknesses in the competition. Based on previous analysis and the trend of market, this paper puts forward several marketing programs and provide scientific basis for AUPRES Whitening future development.The article is divided into five chapters. Introduction, including the content and structure of the research purpose and significance of research methods and thesis; the second chapter of the theoretical basis of the theoretical basis of the program design; Chapter Ⅲ Analysis to introduce the history of the brand Aupres and the status quo of the development and whitening products; Chapter Ⅳ whitening products, problem resolution, evaluation and analysis of existing problems; the Chapter Aupres whitening products integrated marketing program design and planning, the whitening product program design ideas and elaboration of new programs.
