With the rapid development of Chinese economy, people's living standards continue to improve and the requirement of cosmetics is growing. The power of purchasing has a great influent of the development of cosmetic industries. The situation encourages many businessmen to open up the market and exclusive cosmetic. The competition in the industry is more and more fierce. Although J cosmetic company has made some achievements in the Heilongjiang area, with the change in the consumer habits of consumption it is the great time to upgrade the current marketing strategy optimization.In this paper considering the environment for the company development,it is to establish a more reasonable marketing strategy. This paper firstly introduces the definition and origin of cosmetics, and reviewed the relevant literature of the marketing theory to analyze the internal and external environment of J company, analyzing the external environment opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment, and further analysis of the current situation of Internet marketing cosmetics company J and existing problems, and according to the these problems and deficiencies, it proposed J Corporation cosmetics marketing strategy optimization measures to improve the marketing strategies, measures, including product marketing strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategy, network marketing strategy.The analysis in the paper is to service J cosmetics company marketing strategy to clarify the decision direction, enabling the company to make decisions quickly and grasp the initiative of marketing cosmetics, the cosmetics company to solve the practical problems of marketing, promoting the company marketing to maximize profits, and occupy a strong position in the market competition which is fierce in cosmetics.
