With China’s entry into WTO, the international cosmetics magnates will accelerate to enter into Chinese cosmetics market and enhance the force of market penetration actions. This will dramatically change the competition situation of Chinese cosmetics market. At the same time, it will bring Chinese cosmeticsindustry and market into the global cosmetics industry system and market system, Under these conditions, the Chinese cosmeticsproducers must study the advancing cosmetics marketing theories and experiences to develop their own core competitiveness which will help them to have the initiative in future competition.On the basis of the backgrounds of CHAOYING Cosmetics company this paper discusses the marketing environment, cosmetics industry and Anhui market’s present condition, analysis the opportunity and challenge. Studying from the Anhui market’s condition and strategy of CHAOYING Cosmetics company, Then according the analysis above, illustrate the drawback of CHAOYING Cosmetics company’s Anhui marketing strategy and the necessity for marketing improvement at the competition gradually vigorous circumstance. The author put forward the improvement of countermeasure and a series of proposes for CHAOYING Cosmetics company by applying the new marketing theories.this paper also giving a direction and method to the management of Anhui market, at the same time, it helps enterprise to make a whole marketing strategy.
