N company is specializing design, manufacture and selling of port facility.American public listed company is the main shareholder, it have sistercompany in Germany and Italy. It has about1500employee. It developsquickly and smoothly when company setup. However company is straitenedcircumstances recently due to tough rival in civil market. It become marketchallenger instead of market leader, it will lag behind. We need to setup aproperly stratagem for N company. The text recovers method of study andframe through theory of stratagem. Based on the theoretical study of thestrategy outline, the background and the significance to the study, this articleexplains the purpose of the study and research ideas. The text utilize the“PEST” to reveal the environment of political, economic, social andtechnological, From the external environment and the macro environment andthe industry environment to analyze their internal environment for thedevelopment of enterprises where to find the key factors is given level theindustry’s future development direction. We set the stratagem with SWOT andcompare it. Company’s stratagem is cost down and creation, it can meet needsand wants of current clients via cost down, it can meet needs and wants offuture client via creation. The implement of stratagem should be supported, itcan be success if we provide sufficient support.
