Heihe River Middle Reaches The Land Use Dynamic Change And Driving Force Research

Land use change in the global environment is the important part of the mainreasons. With the impact of human activities on the environment, population,resources and environment problem increasingly, sparking concern about land usechange. So land use change in the global environment research come into theforefront and hot fields of research, and the driving forces of land use change researchis the core content of the study. Strengthen land use change and its driving force to thestudy population, resources, environment harmonious development of sustainabledevelopment has a very important role.Based on summarizing the current situation at home and abroad of research, theresearch contents and methods of paper are put forward. This paper take Ganzhoudistrict as the research object which is in the middle reaches of Heihe River, on thecorrect understanding of the Ganzhou district in natural and social economic status,and using second-degree land types as the research object, via1996-2008years ofland use dynamic change analysis, from land use quantity change, land use structurechange, land use degree change, land use change regional differences are analyzed byusing the dynamic change of land Ganzhou district characteristics, this paper revealsthe land use change rule of Ganzhou district.On the basis of analyzing the dynamic change of land use, the dynamic changeand its driving factors of land use in Ganzhou district are analyzed. The naturalfactors including climate, topography, hydrology and soil factors are analyzed withthe qualitative analysis method. The process of the anthropogenic factors uses bothquantitative and qualitative analysis method. Firstly, select10social economic factorswhich influence on Ganzhou district land use change from1996to2008, using theprincipal component analysis method, enter it into the mathematics analysis softwareSPSS. The analysis results show that the anthropogenic factors of land use change inGanzhou district can be classified into: population growth and economic growth,urbanization and the development of science and technology. In addition, theadministrative factor and planning factor are also the important driving factors in landuse change, which have certain functions in a certain period. After this, the author alsoanalyzes driving force in comprehensive quantitative analysis, that is in the principalcomponent and regression analysis established cultivated land and the land forconstruction the driving forces of land use change the equation. Finally, on the basis of land use change and driving force analysis, from the point of sustainabledevelopment of specific forward5policy suggestions, in order to play a reference rolein Ganzhou district rational utilization land resources.Through the study, that the following results:(l)The general trend of land usechange is: Unused land area is declining trend, cultivated land area increases slightly,land for residential and mining, garden land, forest land and land for traffic areas areincreasing trend, land structure gradually become rationalization.(2)The land usedynamic change analysis: from1996to2008, the number of land use change rangesignificant, but at a slower speed; the land use structure of land for residential andmining independent and unused land areas in the middle speed change, land for trafficin a low speed change; land use degree of North east new district, farm, theChengguan town, the Mingyong town and Dangzhai town are in a rapid developmentperiod, Daman town, Xiaoman town, Shajing town, Ganjun town, Pingshanhu countryand City public beach are in setting period; regional difference of land use thesmallest is traffic water conservancy land, the biggest difference is the grassland.(3)The land use change driving force analysis: The driving force of cultivated landchange can summarize as the third industry development and per capita net income offarmers increase bring the positive influence of economic development, andinvestment in fixed assets bring the negative effects. Construction land use changecan summarize as the driving force of the fixed assets investment increase bring thepositive influence, GDP growth and agriculture chemical fertilizer bring the negativeeffects.(4)The future of land use change trend: The quantity of cultivated land willmaintain the basic stability increases slightly, the quality of cultivated land willincrease, construction land growth speed will gradually reduce, and Land UseStructure gradually inclines to reasonable.
