Many traditional problems bring difficulties formanufacturing enterprises, such as delayed feedback, inefficient response,over stock etc.As a steel structure project contractor, BBS Company should compete inthe market with its unique technique, qualified service and better reputation.Above all, good budget of a project is a more important way to ensure greatinvestment for steel structure enterprises.The article takes actual situation of BBS Company as research objects.
