Signaling equipment of the electricity department is an important part of the railtransportation equipment. It’s like people’s eyes, ears, and central nervous system andresponsible for the use of the railway traffic equipment, rolling stock to run real-timestatus, traffic scheduling command and control information transfer and monitoringtasks. Signal equipment of electric service running or not directly influence the railtransportation. Signals malfunctions of the electricity department, ranging from thedelay caused by train delays, the weight will cause significant casualties and hugeproperty losses.The conventional wisdom is that higher electric service equipment run of poorquality failure rate is divided into the following aspects: the lack of technical capacityof electricity department employees; employees sense of responsibility, safetyconsciousness; failure emergency measures imperfect; maintenance of the existingelectric service system is relatively backward; outside influence. On this basis, tostrengthen the training of the technical operations of the electricity departmentemployees; to strengthen the ideological education of the staff; organizationsemployees conscientiously study and master the rules and regulations; responsibilityfor security assessment mechanisms to strengthen the constraints of externalmechanisms; change the status some maintenance system strategies.S electricity department in recent years occurred in a typical case of equipmentfailure on the basis of the fundamental reason is that the electricity department thequality of equipment operation, equipment failure rate higher employee incentivemechanism is not perfect, flawed.
