The new market development environm ent, forcing theenterprise will be the focus of com petition to seek improved substantially productionefficiency, speed up the m arket reaction ra te and reduce the production cost of newmanufacturing m ode. And Toyota started in Japan, the United States after thedevelopment of m anufacturing imitated and lean manufacturing mode, with its lowcost and high quality, and rapid response characteristics such as gradually become theworld development of manufacturing common orientation, and in more than ten yearswith the international cooperation into China, and become the domestic enterprises toimprove the management level and the competitiveness of the important means.G company as a typical steel structu re manufacturing processing enterprise, due tolong used to state-owned enterprise original management mode, and gradually formeda production cost, high product quality is not stable, the m anagement level of theenterprise backward negative situation, for the com prehensive promotion in thedomestic steel structure manufacturing the industry’s competitiveness, and must be inthe enterprise to im prove existing production m ode and management mode,implement the lean production.This paper summarized the lean production introduced the generation andcharacteristics as well as lean producti on theory foundation of lean thought. From Gthe company’s organizational structure, analyzes the present situation of themanagement of the G company, reveals in the production, quality management and soon various aspects of the existing problems. Introduces the production of steelstructure processing system, the production process the consumption of resources butnot part of the value are analyzed. From the point of view of lean production isproposed to improve the production process method. According to the actual situationof the company G, based on the principle of lean thought, design the lean productionimplementation concrete plan. Design the lean production im plementation effectevaluation system, USES ahp to index proportion, and used the fuzzy evaluationmethod to G company implementation effect analysis and evaluation.
