Research Of Production Mode And Evaluation In WLH Enterprises Based On TPS

With the fast development of economics and society,the diverse needs of products was increasing rapidly.Multispecies and small-lot of products was future development trend and requirement for not only second industry such as automotive and mechanical but also primary industry.Revolution of poultry meat processing enterprises was imperative to face the change of marketing environment and fierce industry competition.This paper analyzes the improvement of TPS and the build of advanced production model in discrete processing industry.The evaluation problem that TPS level can't reflect the strategic objectives of enterprise is researched in this paper.Fisrt of all,advanced production mode of poultry meat processing enterprises is proposed innovatively by combining industry characteristics and TPS technical method.The equalized production plan and logistics mode is made to face the sharp demand fluctuation.The rules and operation approaches of logistics were adapt for its transshipment practices.The current situation of staff operation were investigated and the wastes were analyzed and reduced by methods time measurement.The operational content of employees were reassignment.The standard operation research was conducted to formulate the category II standard operation and category III standard operation for productions and logistics.Secondly,the problem of TPS indexes' incapability to reflect strategic indicator of enterprise is researched and a new evaluation model is structured in this paper.The mapping rules from enterprise strategic objectives performance indicts to TPS level indexes is consisted of lead time,cost,quality,productivity and customer satisfaction.The TPS level index system,a network model,is established by using the interpretation structure model method.This model is evaluated by using fuzzy analytic network process(FANP)and grey correlation degree(GCD).TPS has successfully applied in different industries for its genchi genbutsu and continue improving philosophy.The first apply in poultry meat processing enterprise solved the operational problems and enriched the theoretical system of TPS.The production operation mode of WLH enterprise was researched,and a system solution concludes balanced production and logistics improvements and standard operations research was proposed.The operation cost of enterprise and management difficulties were reduced.The problem of TPS evaluation encountered in the process of improving was researched,and a new evaluation model was proposed.The problem of connection between TPS level and enterprise strategic objects was solved,and the effectiveness was verified.This can make contribution to the development of TPS level evaluation research.
