Large state-owned enterprises existing in Chinese socialist market economicalsystem are the main method taken by the government to participate in economy. Theyare pillar and also the fundaments of state operated economy. Their reformation isrelated to several aspects, such as macroeconomic control, the supplement of publicproducts and service, and the management on natural resources and monopolyindustries. So that is a great event that concerns the development of state economy,maintenance of value and appreciation in national assets. With the deepening of sateenterprises reform,executives of state-owned enterprise salary system also carried out aseries of reform,and has made great achievement. But in recent years, astronomicalsalaries of senior executive are reported continually in the media. Along with theeconomic crisis, the profit of these enterprises keeps on reducing, while, salaries ofsenior executive have been increasing every year. The system of salary comes intoquestion. The increscent in salary not only hinders enterprises from developing andreforming, but also loses state property. Otherwise, the deepening income distancearouses public anger.On the basis of researches and theories in both foreign anddomestic, the paper will analyze the present situation, and try to find out causes.According to proper theory, with adopting qualitative research methods, this paperconcentrates on exploring an effective reform plan by taking the administration as a keypoint.
