Developed countries in the development of the modern industrialization consume a lotof raw materials and natural resources, large quantities of pollutants are emitted to thenature, these countries are not only the creation of human civilization, at the same timehave a devastating pollution to the earth, particularly in recent years,"three wastes"pollution of industrial enterprises is a particularly serious problem. Inner MongoliaAutonomous Region to the national economy with the western development is driven bythe rapid development of urban industrial pollution problems have become increasinglyprominent. Baotou City, Inner Mongolia’s most important industrial base, its emissions inthe industrialization process large quantities of industrial waste water emissions and solidwaste, if governance does not take effective action, it will affect long-term development ofthe header.In this thesis, it is around the "three wastes" of the industrial enterprises in BaotouCity to analyze and predict this study. Firstly, on the "three wastes" Baotou industrialenterprises and economic development conditions, environmental technology investmentand other cities in the emission intensity comparisons for statistical analysis.The paper uses the correlation analysis and gray relational analysis to analyze theinfluencing factors of the "three wastes" in Baotou industrial enterprises, it comes to themain factors of the wastewater discharge of industrial enterprises in Baotou City, GDP andindustrial added value, the main factors of the emissions of industrial enterprises industrialis the value added and GDP, industrial enterprises the main factors of the solid waste is theraw coal consumption and pollution of investment projects completed this year to invest.The paper uses the cluster analysis on the "three wastes" a relatively high industrycluster analysis, clustering results according to the degree of pollution and economicbenefits of high and low are divided into four categories, the first category include themanufacturing of special equipment and general equipmentmanufacturing and otherindustries, such industries, we should give priority to the development of industry, the stateshould be strong to support such industry policy. The second category includes coal miningand washing industry and oil and natural gas mining industry and other industries, thecountry’s economic lifeline, such industries should learn from the introduction of foreignadvanced technology, to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading, and to minimizeenvironmental pollution. The third category includes agricultural and sideline foodprocessing industry and the textile industry and other industries, a large number of suchindustries, should increase investment in this type of industry, capital and technology toimprove their competitiveness and increase their industrial added value through high-tech.The fourth category consists of paper and paper products industry and beveragemanufacturing industry, the government should increase its supervision of these industries,to restrict its growth rate, in order to reduce the pressure on the environment.The paper uses regression analysis to analyze the header of industrial enterprises"three wastes" Environmental Kuznets Curve obtained Baotou City waste discharge is notfully consistent with the typical environmental Kuznets curve.The paper uses time series analysis to predict the “three wastes” of the industrialenterprises in Baotou City.
