Persist in economic restructuring and industrial development as thecore, to foster economic growth point, and develop modern agriculture, park industrial andmodern logistics industry. Meanwhile, efforts should be made to develop education andestablish the social security system in urban and rural integration to form social assistanceand relief system and resolve the difficulty in schooling, medical care, and pension in ruralarea completely, promoting the construction of new rural comprehensively.
