Research On The Development Of Rural Tourism Of Bai Yang Yu Based On Community Participation

With the diversified demand of Tourists and the diversified development of tourismproducts, rural tourism in China shows strong vitality and powerful momentum ofdevelopment. however, rural tourism is chasing maximum benefits while the community’sbenefits may be ignored, and some problems of community participation has becomeincreasingly prominent. So, how to think about the issue of rural tourism of developmentfrom the community’s angle, and seek collaborative development of rural tourism andcommunity, has become a topic of common concern to many tourism scholars.The paper chooses Baiyangyu village as the research object, firstly elaborates itsbasic situation of rural tourism, including the developmental conditions and the course ofrural tourism, and analyzes its developmental status of rural tourism. Then, the dissertation,analyzes community’s residents participate in the development of rural tourism from theview of community’s residents, and from the view of tourists and managers,analyzes theperception of tourists and managers obout the status of community participation. And it iscombined with the analysis and summary of previous literature using the statisticalsoftware SPSS, AMOS to analyze and test the data and the model, and constructs thestructure model about Baiyangyu community’s residents participate in the developmentalstatus of rural tourism by structural equation model, and finds out the main problems ofcommunity participation through questionnaire survey and analysis. Finally, it proposescountermeasures of development of Baiyangyu rural tourism based on communityparticipation, including to establish effective mechanisms for community participation,enrich tourism products, strengthen marketing strategy, reinforce the government’ssupervisory efforts, so, it is to ensure that community’s residents effectively participate inthe development of rural tourism, and directly or indirectly benefit from it, and it providessome reference to promoting the sustainable development of Baiyangyu rural tourism.
