Study On The Process Optimization Of The Preliminary Administrative Examination And Approval In Public Housing Construction Projects

The speed of public housing construction is directly related to the realization of China’s housing goals.However,there are many problems,For example,many matters and long time cycle in the preliminary administrative examination and approval of public housing construction projects.These problems seriously restrict the construction speed of public housing.Therefore improving the efficiency and shortening time of the examination and approval have great significance.In this paper,firstly,analysing the content of examination and approval and logical relationship in preliminary public housing construction projects.On this basis,Drawing the flow chart and analysing the weakness in the preliminary administrative examination and approval of public housing construction projects.Secondly,introducing petri and ESIA in the process of optimizing preliminary administrative examination and approval in public housing construction projects.Explaining the feasibility of this two methods and the process of optimization.Building petri model by the PIPE software.Removing and integrating the current some of the examination and approval flows.Comparing the results of front and back of optimization.Finally,proposing the measures which ensure the realization of optimization result from the points of enacting the standards of administrative examination and approval,regulating laws and improving supervision system and innovative methods.On account of there are many optimization methods in the examination and approval of public housing construction projects,this article only discusses in terms of flow.In future research,there are a lot of work to be done to perfect the process of study.
