| The development of informational construction promotes economic development andbrings business opportunities for more and more enterprises. The third status of the sourceprofit of enterprise of logistics also gets more attention to the enterprise’s managers. Butfor the small and medium sized automobile spare parts enterprises, large-scale informationtechnology does not accord with the what the enterprises actual need. Take the productionlogistics information of YanShan University automobile spare parts manufactory forexample, this paper offers successful experiences of informational construction for thesame small and medium sized manufacturing.First of all, this paper analyzed the present situations of production logisticsmanagement and management information system design at home and abroad, and theconcept and characteristics of the production logistics. And it also introduced the basiccomponent and the influential factors of the production logistics.Second, the research results about the YanShan University automobile spare partsmanufactory were analyzed and summarized in this paper including production logisticsinformation system requirement analysis, feasibility analysis, organization relationshipanalysis, business process analysis, data process analysis, and the preliminaryclassification of system function based on the research data.Third, according to the results of the system analysis and the preliminaryclassification and the targets and principles of the production logistics system constructionof YanShan University automobile spare parts manufactory, I designed systemconstruction frame. It also classified the subsystem and the related function modules anddesigned data collection method of system implementation.At last, according to the practical situation of YanShan University automobile spareparts manufactory, I induced and summed up the basic principle and guiding ideology andput forward specific suggestions about the production logistics information systemconstructions. |
