| Because of the rapid development of education in China in recent years,universitysupermarket gradually scale. How to make a reasonable evaluation of the many small-scalesuppliers become a bottleneck in the development of university supermarket. Therefore, thisarticle start from the status and related theory of the supplier evaluation and selection, basedon a large number of the research on the supplier evaluation indicators and evaluationmethods of domestic and foreign scholars, combined with the actual situation and evaluationof the status quo of H university,then proposed the supplier evaluation index system for Huniversity supermarket, and then evaluate some existing suppliers by fuzzy analytic hierarchyprocess for H university supermarket.This study mainly includes the following aspects: The establishment of supplierevaluation index system, supplier evaluation, supplier selection, etc. In the part of supplierevaluation index system, this article is on the basis of consulting a large number of selectedresearch on the evaluation index of domestic and foreign scholars, combined with theproblems of H university supermarket and the characteristics of the supplier evaluation. Inthe part of supplier evaluation model, this article is on the basis of consulting a lot of existingsupplier evaluation methods and analysis their inadequacies, then combined the properties ofsupplier evaluation index,finally, this paper decided to use the fuzzy analytic hierarchyprocess, taking into account the ease of using FAHP with a0.1-0.9scale method and themethod of expert evaluation.Finally, this article evaluate some exiting supplier of H university supermarket using theestablished supplier evaluation index system with the method of FAHP, by example toexplain how to use FAHP and established supplier evaluation index system to evaluatesupplier, through the evaluation results to illustrate the practical and rationality of theevaluation indicators and evaluation method. |
