Study On The Scale Operation Of Vehicle Maintenance Enterprise

With the development of national economy,China’s automobile industry developedrapidly,and tenure volume of vehicle is increasing year by year.Vehicle maintenanceindustry,which is an important part of the road transport industry,palys an important role inthe national economy and people’s lives.However,Vehicle maintenance industry shows“excessive,small,scattered,random” situation at present, many maintenance companies have anextensive mode of operation and a poor management,all of these constraint vehiclemaintenance enterprise’s development seriously.That vehicle maintenance enterprise changesthe mode of operation and achieves scale operation has gradually become the generalconsensus from the industry sector to the maintenance company.The article first describes the concepts and theories of the vehicle maintenanceindustry,according to the different mode of operation,it sums up the advantages anddisadvantages of4S shop, integrated maintenance shop, chain store and roadsidestore.Secondly,it analysis development status of China’s vehicle maintenance industry,andpoints out the problems.On this basis, the paper leads to the focus,which is influencing factorsof vehicle maintenance scale operation.The influencing factors includes the social economy,policy, technology, market concentration, and other factors. Finally, according to the eachcharacteristics of4S shop, integrated maintenance shop, chain store and roadside store, thearticle proposes countermeasures to develop scale operation,and it provides a reference forpractical operation.
