| As the fast and steady development of macroeconomics in China, The number of vehicles increases dramatically year after year, which also develops the industry of Vehicle Repairing, the competition in this field goes intensively.4S Garage takes the lead in the market, the very new Fast-Repair garages are taking the share, the traditional vehicle repair companies are in an innumerous challenge. Due to the impact of politics and economic environment, especially the "Three Public Consumptions", traditional repairing enterprises cannot achieve their business targets from government official cars and heavy vehicles. For the sustainable development of enterprises, it must make strategies to deal with the changing environment to decrease the competition-pressure, take market share and increase the profit.The research has taken Dalian FG Vehicle Maintenance Repair Limited Co. Ltd. (Shortened form FG) as the case, adopted the management theory and methods, and collected a number of information and reference to analyze FG, both external and internal conditions. The PEST has been taken to macro environment for external analysis, adopted "Five Forces Model" for competitive environment to summarize the opportunities and threats that enterprises are facing now. For internal part, the main focus is on resource and capabilities to analyze the strength and weakness. Through SWOT matrix analysis, the development target can be made. According to the development strategy, there are many other outcomes should be done, such as Enterprise Brand, Sales, Fast-Repair Branches Layout, Diversified Development. Finally, the development strategy safeguards can be made from Organization, Enterprise Culture, HR, Information Constriction, respectively.This study shows the direction of long-term, stable development of FG, also helps enterprises upgrade and change. Meanwhile, it can be a reference for Chinese traditional maintenance and repair enterprises on how to survive, develop and be more competitive. |
