Since the reform and opening-up, the eastern coastal areas of China have achieved rapiddevelopment and good earnings with the "coast economy" effect. Compared to the coastalareas, export-oriented economy of the inland areas developed slowly. The emergence ofinternational inland-port solved the bottleneck problem of inland areas to developexport-oriented economy, making inland areas gear to international standards and drivingeconomy development of inland areas.From the definition of the international inland-port, the paper expounded the function,classification, formation reason and approach of the international inland-port. It laid thefoundation to the research on linkage development between International Inland Port and Port.This Paper established foreign trade logistics gravitation model of the inland city-port,with the study for a network in forms of20optional cities of international inland-port nodeand8ports, using the social network analysis and Ucinet software for its quantitative analysis,it turned out the first choice city of international inland-port. Later, from the linkage ofinternational inland-port and port, the business linkage of international inland-port, theinformation platform construction of international inland-port and the linkage betweenlogistics and manufacturing industry,the paper discussed the strategy of internationalinland-port interactive development and expounded the realization mechanism of internationalinland-port interactive development.Finally, to combine theory and practice, analyzed the establishment environment ofXi’an international in-land port, and made development strategy recommendations ofinland-port based on interaction development mode.
