In the process of international trade, international harbor will be formed in coastal area of various countries and areas one by one which connects rails with the world economics development. The international trade has greatly promoted the economic development surrounding the port. In contrast, due to its special structure, geographical location and the function flaw of infrastructure and so on, inland regions, particularly the western region have been at a distinct disadvantage in participating international competition.The major cause is that the difference seriously in international logistics channel affected the interior region foreign trade operation pattern. The cost of inland region is higher than the cost of coastal zone in international trade, which causes the interior product lack the competitive ability in the international market. The result will make an imbalance in regional economic development, the further wider gap between the rich and the poor, and also will affect the process of constructing a harmonious society. In order to shorten international logistics operation time possibly and lower the logistics operation cost, searching for a viable international logistics pattern is emergent, which can increase international inland district product competition ability. In the standpoint of system, this paper tried to integrate the process of international logistics operate of inland district. In the process, the paper analyzed the development tendency of interior region economy and port, the process of international logistics operates from the international logistics integration perspective. At last, with a view of building international logistics operation support system to match the interior region economy development, the paper re-constructed the inland regional international logistics system and proposed a new international logistics operation pattern, which provides the theory instruction for the transformation of interior key city to the international port city. So, in a certain sense, the interior cities formed their own "international shipping port," as a link to interior region with the international market, which will open up a convenient channel for interior region to the east and overseas markets. The channel will greatly promote the economic development of inland region, and speed up economic and trade cooperation between the eastern regions with the western regions. The most important is that it benefits actualizing these strategies, such as promoting development of the western region, revitalizing the central region, revitalizing the old northeast industrial areas.
