With the advance of urban economic outward-looking, inland intensifying competition in the international market, international construction and development of dry ports, not only can promote the accelerated development of foreign-oriented economy in inland areas, but also to improve logistics infrastructure, improving logistics efficiency and reducing logistics costs, effective logistics supply capacity increased to meet regional needs of urban transportation networks and international logistics development. However, the international dry port construction and development is already showing some flaws, and a lot of land resources and funds into blind construction, lack of international dry port logistics industry standardization system disorders, logistics efficiency below the planned target, at the same time, international dry port and urban interaction are vague, lacking a holistic and systemic linkages. Therefore, how to build and improve the logistics performance evaluation index system of international dry port has become the international dry port to improve logistics efficiency, enabling rapid development of urgent problems, while the land and how to correct and comprehensive understanding of the international system of internal relations between port and cities, to direct port and city system construction and development synergically, promote the development of logistics industry in city and international trade and economic development of the region of self-evident strategic importance.Start by describing the theory of international dry ports section of this article, to improve and supplement its concepts, classifications, while its feature and formed model is discussed. Analyzes the international dry port construction and current development at home and abroad, giving their development constraints. Proposed international land port in evolutionary game model based on evolutionary game theory to examine the evolution of its development. In synthesize logistics on the basis of performance theory, defined the basic theories of international dry port logistics performance evaluation of knowledge.Second, to elaborate the general principles of evaluation indicators, elaborated based on the balanced scorecard theory index selection method and its improvement, from macro-level build index system of performance evaluation of international dry port logistics, and adopt entropy and gray correlation analysis method, for5dry port cities as example to do comprehensive evaluation and concluded that the sort of dry port and urban logistics performance, and analyzed performance results.Finally, based on system dynamics theory, simulating international inland port-urban systems, boundary conditions in the city system are causality analysis, established market dynamics-flow chart. At the same time, a case study of Kunming international inland port, using Vensim PLE software to build system dynamics models, simulation many times inspection using historical data, defined the mathematical equations of each variable. Simulation to the Kunming port and city systems, analyzing present situation and future development of the system, through policy simulations, and comparison of two simulation results, an analysis of sensitivity to each variable, and in combination with the regional economic environment, put forward countermeasures and suggestions on promoting Kunming international inland port development.
