Establishment And Evaluation Of Chemical Laboratory Management System In Enterprise For The Accreditation Project

The certification and accreditation work in China entered into the stage of legalsystem in November,2003. Until the end of August,2012, there are5088Chineselaboratories had gained accredited qualification. It shows that our country takes greatimportance to laboratory accreditation work gradually and the laboratories improvetheir own quality continuously. To the enterprise, it is greatly necessary to take part inthe laboratory accreditation project, in order to improve the customer confidence andthe produce competitiveness.This thesis focuses on two aspects. One is how to establish complete accreditationmanagement system of the chemical testing laboratory according to accreditationnorms and the specific circumstances. The other is how to achieve the effectivenessevaluation of the accreditation management system, by implementing managementactivities(internal audit and management review) and optimizing the process of theactivities.Firstly, based on establishing complete document management system, in theinternal audit stage, Delphi and statistical methods (SPSS analyzing the reliability andvalidity of the questionnaire) should be used to select the three layers evaluationindexes; Secondly, in the management review stage, AHP should be used to attach theweight of the indexes and the fuzzy integrated evaluation method should be used tocompound the indexes so as to obtain the synthetic value of the accreditationmanagement system; Lastly, combing the achievement of the thesis with the practice, itis contributed to the enterprise to pass the laboratory accreditation project successfullyto evolving the accreditation work, by establishing chemical testing laboratoryaccreditation management system and the constant improving process.
