Reserch On The Improvement Of Quality Management System For Testing Laboratory Of Company CSRN

Laboratory is referred to an organization engaging the activities that create specific conditions to observe changes and results of a certain phenomenon in order to explain it clearly. Testing laboratory is referred to laboratories engaging the testing work. For a testing laboratory, to provide objective and fair as well as scientific and accurate testing results and data is its product. To ensure the work quality, normally a testing laboratory will set up a quality management system of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and acquire the certification to normalize the management.Additionally, in order to raise the acceptability of testing reports issued by laboratories, organizations including ILAC(International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) have establishedcooperative relationships of mutual accreditation in the whole world, to reduce or eliminate technical barriers among international trades.The testing laboratory of CSRN company has set up quality management system of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 for over 5 years and standardized the operations of all aspects of the laboratory. For some reasons, the accreditation of laboratory hasn’t been applied for, and it led to testing reports not being accredited by the State or internationally, nor the technical service level of the laboratory is fully explored; meanwhile many problems in terms of the operation of quality management system have been gradually revealed because of lack of good external supervision and exchange.Aiming at above issues, this paper takes a testing laboratory of a state-owned enterprise of small and medium size as an example to make researches, and the research objectives contain to provides suggestions for the quality management system of testing laboratory of CSRN company to be adapted to new developments and pass the accreditation of laboratory, to lay a foundation for the testing laboratory of the company to develop more scientifically in the field of electric property testing and the sub-realm of electromagnetic compatibility, and also supply methods and thoughts for reference for relative laboratories to pass the application for accreditation of laboratory.The writer has consulted a lot of literature and materials, tracked the theoretical basis, history and current situation of quality management system, and analyzed the situation of the second edition of quality management system of laboratory, as well, through the the establishment of the project of testing laboratory accreditation, the writer has made specific improvements and innovations to the existing quality management system, and further improved the operation quality of the system, and in the result the testing capability has been enhanced and finally obtained the certificate of laboratory accreditation, realized the objective of “one testing for global accreditation”, improvement measures were also verified to be effective. Subsequently, the writer has also put forward some assumptions based on his own experiences. In the end, achievements and deficiencies of the paper was set forth.
