Then through the concreteexample analysis and sensitivity analysis, the conclusion was further provedand realistic meaning interpreted. This paper research significance lies inhelping organic food enterprises on the supply chain to see the future trendof evolution, as soon as possible to make beneficial decision. Then based on the inadequacy of the stable evolutionary strategy ofsupply chain coordination, put forward " who loses, who will receive theallowance" mechanism of government subsidies, and continue until theexample proposed subsidy mechanism gave practical significance analysis, put forward the significance of government subsidy lies in promoting moretraditional agriculture manufacturers and retailers into the organic foodindustry, through economies of scale and full competition will decrease the organic food cost, so that more consumers can afford organic food, thus thegovernment will achieve the maximization of social benefit from theoverall situation angle.
