Food safety is closely related to people's life.Frequent food safety incidents have seriously threatened the health of the people,reduced domestic consumers' confidence in domestic foods,and seriously hindered the development of China's food industry.On the one hand,the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents is due to the lack of government supervision,the phenomenon of "free-riding" in different control efforts on food enterprises,and the different intervention efforts of different government departments across different stages,which will lead to unfairness;On the other hand,food enterprises lack corresponding social responsibility,which is not conducive to the healthy development of the food industry.From the perspective of social work of food safety,this paper studies whether there is corporate social responsibility and government intervention,and government intervention to ensure the fairness of food quality supply chain,so as to provide corresponding recommendations and governance countermeasures for food safety issues.mainly includes:(1)Research on food quality supply chain coordination with or without CSR.In the case of CSR or not,consider the supplier and manufacturer as the leading enterprises,establish a food quality supply chain coordination model under decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making,and discuss and numerically analyze the model solution.By analyzing the impact of consumer price and its food quality level preference,corporate social responsibility on the main body of food quality supply chain,food quality level,and corporate social responsibility level.It is found that the total supply chain revenue and food quality level in the case of social responsibility is better than the no social responsibility situation.Under the centralized decision-making method,the total income and food quality level of the food quality supply chain are higher than the total income and food quality of the food quality supply chain under the decentralized decision-making mode.(2)Research on coordination of food quality supply chain under social co-administration.In the case of government intervention,government interventionmainly sets food quality standards for enterprises and grants subsidies according to food quality levels.The subsidies are subsidies according to quantity and one-off subsidies;Considering the supplier and manufacturer as the leading enterprises,respectively establish a food quality supply chain coordination model under decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making,and discuss and numerically analyze the model solution.By analyzing the impact of consumer price and its food quality level preference,corporate social responsibility,government subsidy coefficient,and government setting food quality standards on the income of various subjects in the food quality supply chain,food quality level,and corporate social responsibility level.It is found that the total revenue,food quality level and corporate social responsibility level of the food quality supply chain under government intervention are better than the situation of no government intervention.The total income of food quality supply chain,food quality level and corporate social responsibility level under centralized decision-making mode is better than total supply chain,food quality level and corporate social responsibility level under decentralized decision-making mode.By comparing the two subsidy methods,it is found that the government should adopt different subsidy methods according to different food price sensitivity coefficient,food quality level preference and corporate social responsibility.(3)Research on government intervention strategies for food quality supply chain coordination from the perspective of equity.In view of the differences in the intervention intensity of different government departments across different stages,the establishment of the upper level is aimed at the unfair minimum,and the lower level is the second-level planning model aiming at maximizing the profit of each subject in the supply chain,and use the genetic algorithm to solve the model and design the corresponding numerical examples.By analyzing the impact of consumer price and its food quality level preference,corporate social responsibility,and government setting food quality standards on the income and unfairness of various subjects in the food quality supply chain.It is found that the consumer price elasticity coefficient is inversely proportional to the income of each subject in the supply chain,and isproportional to the unfairness;the food quality level preference and corporate social responsibility are directly proportional to the income of the main body of the supply chain,and inversely proportional to the unfairness.
