Research On The Logistics Model Of Cross-border E-commerce Based On Jinan Comprehensive Free Trade Zone

Due to the rapid development of information technology, we have entered the Internet environment across the world, which led to a great change of the traditional trade form and promoted the formation of cross-border e-commerce. In recent years, the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has made higher requirements for cross-border distribution, however, in China, lagging development of logistics for cross-border e-commerce has hindered the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce.Although cross-border e-commerce appears late, but its speed of developmen t and transaction scale is amazing. In our country, the demand of trade is very strong and we have world-class power in trade and consumption. There is big development potential for cross-border e-commerce, which has brought gr-eat busi ness opportunities for cross-border logistics. As the last part of a whole link, log istics has a direct impact on consumers’ shopping experience and prof-essional lo gistics service plays an important role in cross-border e-commerce. Therefore, ho w to choose a reasonable cross-border logistics mode to improve the service cap acity and competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce has become a hot spot of research today.At the beginning, this paper explained the related concepts of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce logistics from a perspective of cross-bor der e-commerce and the logistics as a whole and it made a comparative analysis cross-border e-commerce mode home and abroad. And then, in the context of Ji nan comprehensive free trade zone, this paper made a key analysis for logistics mode of cross-border e-commerce in comprehensive free trade zone based on ex ploring the relevant policies, business, location, transportation and other environm ental factors, including the operation process and advantages and disadvantages o f online bonded logistics mode, foreign direct shopping logistics mode, cross-bor der packet mode and overseas storehouse. After that, this paper tried to optimize the logistics mode of cross-border e-commerce in Sinotrans Shandong Jinan Co mpany using analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Finally, this paper came up with r elevant countermeasures and suggestions on speeding up the construction of cross-border e-commerce infrastructure and the cultivation of talent development aimin g at the existing problems of cross-border e-commerce in free trade zone.
