Career development is used by organizations to help employees access to currentand future work skills required, knowledge of a method. It is according to their actualsituation in their chosen field, according to their own can afford to make you anexpert. The so-called experts does not mean traditional researchers or consultants, it isdeep and broad experience in a field, a profound and unique understanding of peoplein this area. As regards administrative capacity, team building skills, staff capacitybuilding, planning and communication skills, these are individuals in the careerdevelopment process must be training capabilities, which elements are an importanttool for career development, but they are not career development goals. In recentyears, with the gradual deepening of the domestic research, the theory has becomeincreasingly mature, however, compared with foreign countries there is still obviouslyinadequate, and most studies have some have limitations.Staff turnover refers to the organization in a passive state employees take theinitiative to the requirements of a voluntary resignation or departure of the outflow.This loss of companies do not want to, because this loss is often companies will bringhuge losses. Employees in the enterprise have the fate of their own powers, but whenthis happened, in order to avoid the occurrence of employee turnover, the general onthe staff managed to retain. Core staff who have their own technical capacity, controlof the company’s core business, control the key resources of the enterprise to achievebusiness goals and long-term development has an important impact on staff, theydecided the direction of the development of enterprises. Therefore, to improve theloyalty of the core staff of the enterprise, not the core of employee turnover, positiveplay to their advantages in resources, corporate efforts to explore the problem.In this paper, the status of the development of China’s manufacturing industry, themanufacturing sector career development and the loss of key employees of thesituation analysis and in-depth research and professional development on the loss ofkey employees, and provide a theoretical basis for the development of enterprises, so it has a theoretical and practical significance. Manufacturing, loss of careerdevelopment and the core staff on the basis of the literature review and summary ofthe research career development of manufacturing and on the loss of key employeesin Liaoning Province, the manufacturing industry conducted a questionnaire survey,then, the use of statistical analysis software, and finally, in accordance with theconclusions of the study and propose ways to improve the effectiveness ofmanufacturing employees’ career development in human resource management, andfuture research prospects, expectations of the manufacturing sector human resourcesmanagement to bring the support of the theory and practice guidance.
