Research On The Effect Of Rural Public Goods Supply On Farmers’s Income In Liaoning Province

Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic achieved unprecedentedachievements. Urban and industrial development has become more mature. To graduallynarrow the development gap of urban and rural, the CPC Central Committee pay moreattention to rural development, especially since the beginning of the new century, thestate will put the construction of a new socialist countryside and farmers’ incomes in amore prominent position, so that the rural society and the agricultural economy couldenter a period of opportunity development which provides a good policy environment tosolve the "three rural" issues in Liaoning Province. The core of the "three rural" issues isto raise the level of farmers’ income, while the supply of public goods in rural areas playsan important role. Under conditions of limited resources, how to rapidly promote farmers’net income through improving the effect of rural public goods in Liaoning Province hasbecome an important topic.On the basis of the reference of the theory of public goods at home and abroad, thisarticle analyzed the course of development and current situation of public goods in ruralareas and farmers’ income in Liaoning Province, used econometric empirical analysis andstatistics of the variables of the model conduct cointegration tests and causality test inrecent years of Liaoning Province to analyze the contribution of infrastructure, basiceducation, health care, social security and other public goods supply on the growth ofrural per capita net income in rural area Liaoning Province which reached the conclusionthat health improvement and production infrastructure supply give better contribution tothe income of the farmers, the effectiveness of the social security supply is not obvious,while the contribution of basic education has not yet manifested. Finally, this articlemade a combed based on the different contributions to Rural Public Goods Supply inLiaoning Province, and made the further suggestions of the current development of ruralpublic goods of Liaoning Province under the integration of the status quo.
