The science and technology is the key aspect which strengthens the country`scompetitive ability, the activity of R&D is the core of science and technology activity, isthe most creative part, the innovative origin and the important constituent, it plays acritical role in the innovation of technology. Because the advance in technology growthis so important, and the activity of R&D also is the core factor in advance of technology,this causes the research of R&D and economy growth, regardless of theoretically orpractice becomes extremely importance in the real diagnosis. Liaoning is China’seconomical big province, it has a vital significance to the development of the stateeconomy development. The plan of “one two five” proposed the advance in technologyand the innovation achievement which is a important support to the transformation ofeconomy development. but still had some problems in the R&D aspect, like theinvestment of R&D is not enough, the structure of investment is not reasonable. It has abig distance compared with developed province. In view of this question, this article usesthe nature of the analysis method and the quantitative analysis, has developed diagnosisresearch to the relations of the Liaoning Province R&D investment and the economicgrowth, in view of the conclusion,it has proposed the correlative suggestion, and impelsthe economy growth of the Liaoning Province. It has the important theory significanceand the actual value.The chapter is divided into four parts.The first chapter is an introduction section, thefirst part come up the purpose, background and significance of the thesis, the next is todiscuss the status of R&D at home and abroad, the last is the instruction of he contents ofarticle writing, research innovation and shortcomings. Chapter Two mainly analyze onR&D investment in Liaoning province and the mechanism of economic growth. ChapterThree is an empirical study of R&D investment in Liaoning Province on economicgrowth. The first place is the system analysis of Liaoning province R&D input and thestatus of economic growth, used Eviews analysis software, using time sequence analysismethod, with Liaoning province2000—2010years of R&D funding input and economicgrowth of data for Foundation, used ADF units root test, and Association whole test, and Grainger causal test, on Liaoning province R&D input and the relationship of economicgrowth, and has empirical analysis. The fourth chapter is about conclusions andrecommendations. the empirical analysis obtain the conclusions, and make appropriaterecommendations.
