An Influence Study On The Impact Of Transportation On Economic Growth In QingHai Province

Transportation is the fundamental of industry of social economy,the development of transportation and regional economic development interrelated and mutual influence each other.Therefore,the benign interaction between the development of transportation and the development regional economic has important significance for regional economic growth.Qinghai Province is one of the ethnic provinces in western China,and with Western great exploitation and the propulsion strategies of the "One Belt And One Road",in this paper the author want to make a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between transportation industry and economic development in Qinghai Province.The author thinks that it has a great importance and practical significance to promote the rapid development of less developed areas.In this paper,the author first detailedly analyzes the current situation of transportation industry and the development of economy in Qinghai province.Then,the author uses the measure of multi-cointegreation test and input-output method to analysis of the influence of transportation industry on the economic development.The author chose the multi-cointegreation method to test the relation between transportation industry all departments(such as road transport,rail transport and air transport)and economic growth.The results show us that there is a long-term equilibrium relation between transportation industry and economic growth in Qinghai Province.Take advantage of new transport input-output table to the transportation industry to the economy in the position and role of the economy of qinghai province and to study the effect of relationship and spread to other industries,etc.From the empirical analysis of the forward association and the backward association,it shows us that the transportation industry has greatly promoted the development of the second and tertiary industries in Qinghai Province,especially the second industry has a high dependence on the transportation industry.The results of the direct consumption coefficient and the full consumption coefficient show us that the transportation industry has a high degree of dependence on the finance and gas production and supply;from the results of the influence coefficient show us that the influence coefficient of transportation industry is close to the average level of social impact,but lower than the average level of social impact;from the results of the sensitivity coefficient show us that the transport industry impact by other industries demand sensitivity which is lower than the average level of social sensitivity.From the results of the empirical analysis it is not difficult to conclude that there is no formed a positive interaction between the transportation industry and economic development.The stimulating effect of transportation industry on economic growth is not obvious,accordingly combined with the development status quo of the transportation industry in Qinghai Province and the external social environment,the author submits relevance countermeasure and suggestion.
