High-tech industrial clusters,as the characteristics of clusters in the Yangtze River Delta,is a pillar of regional economic development.To promote the Yangtze River Delta’s high-tech industry clusters constantly balanced development,and enhance its core competitiveness,the upgrade of the cluster is particularly necessary.Based on the perspective of the network, according to the network of links,depicts the network structure and evolution of high-tech industry clusters in the Yangtze River Delta. The actual eigenvalues of the Yangtze River Delta tech industry cluster networks and the evolution of small-world networks under the rules of network eigenvalues were analyzed to draw the actual evolution of the rules,to reveal and forecast the state of development of high-tech industry clusters in the Yangtze River Delta. Explore the evolution of the Yangtze River Delta region high-tech industry cluster phenomenon, and then making recommendations for cluster upgrade of the high-tech industrial clusters in Yangtze River Delta.Main contents and conclusions of this paper:(1) The Analysis of high-tech industry cluster network characteristics.The high-tech industry cluster is a complex network systems,through a variety of network resources among the network nodes produce production,knowledge and social relations. With the analysis of the actual relationship of the high-tech industry cluster networks,from the density of the cluster network,the clustering coefficient,the average path length and other characteristics to reveal the cohesion and the center of the cluster network.(2) Constructing high-tech industry cluster of small world network evolution model.According to the disequilibrium, openness and network dynamic evolution characteristics of the high-tech industry cluster network,build their small world network evolution model to simulate the evolution of the cluster network and calculate the value of the evolution of network characteristics.(3) The evolution analysis of the rules of the high-tech industry clusters in the Yangtze River Delta. Through the actual network structure characterization of high-tech industry cluster networks in the Yangtze River Delta,the calculated value of the actual network characteristics, and comparative analysis of the eigenvalues of the evolution of network and small world network. It can be seen that the Yangtze River Delta’s high-tech industry cluster evolution rules is similar with p=0.8small world network model of evolution.(4) Raised proposals of the high-tech industrial cluster upgrade in Yangtze River Delta.According to the actual evolution and the subsequent evolution of the forecast of high-tech industry clusters in the Yangtze River Delta.Making recommendations for cluster upgrade from the cultivation of the network nodes, the flow of network resources and network between members of the trust.
