Therefore,this paper proposes a network of cooperation based on high-tech industries clusters were innovate theoretical exploration, hoping to study how to make the regionalenterprises grow a new globalization one. This paper proposed and analyzed the existing problems of co-innovationnetwork under the environment of high-tech industrial clusters, explore the innovativemodels of cooperation mechanism. By the case of the Valley of China’s rubberindustry cluster, this paper demonstrates the theoretical of view and proposeappreciate recommendations.This paper is divided into eight chapters.
