So the rail-water intermodel transport price regulation and pricing methods research is very necessary.Based on theories of the transport price regulation and market formation price, research mainly container transportation, this thesis will come to the problems that exist in Chinese rail-water intermodel container transport by studying the contents and the reform process of the transport price regulation in other coutries, analyzing the status of Chinese rail-water intermodel container transport price regulation. Then analysis the market effect of rail-water intermodel container transport price, and put forward the principles in the design of this regulation, and put forward the regulation content that fit the reality of Chinese rail-water intermodel container transport system.Based on this price regulation, oriented from the market, this thesis will put forward a pricing method that fits rail-water intermodel container transport by analyzing the cost,demand.competition and differences, that is FAHP.This method is not limited only to cost-oriented pricing or demand-oriented pricing and so on. It calculates the weights ratio of cost.demand, competition and differences, finally.we comprehensive each pricing results, concludes the pricing scheme.
